Information on the Returns Policy

Returns on Course Materials

Textbooks, course packs, and other course materials are returnable up through the final day of the drop/add period of each term if these conditions apply:

The customer has a valid receipt.
The customer has dropped the course for which the book(s) purchased.
For shrink-wrapped items, the original shrink wrap must be fully intact and unopened.

Please note that optional course study aids may not be eligible for return.

Returns on All Other Merchandise

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You can return your new merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of the original purchase. An original receipt required exclusions may apply.

If you received your item(s) as a gift or otherwise do not have a receipt, you can still make a return. However, in these cases, we can only issue a store credit or perform an exchange. In certain cases, credit may be issued as a discounted/sale price.

Returns and exchanges are available at the register in-store during normal business hours. If you are not in the immediate area and want exchange or return, fill out our return form & ship the product along with a copy of the packing list or receipt to the address below (valid for USPS, UPS, or FedEx):
